Jong Won baek(Sanchez paik) is a chef and food researcher in Korea. He was made a lot of food and has many kind of recipes. I respect him because people can eat delicious foods by making a lot of food. I usually cook my dinner by his recipe. It was helpful.

He used to cook professionally, but he thinks about food service industry by food service business. He is managing a lot of franchises for Korean food, Chinese food, flour based food, cafe and bar. Many people recognize  that he has skill and business value. I want to manage restaurant, cafe and bar even through  can cook well. When I saw the his TV show,  I had a lot of ideas.

These days, he shows the recipe to cook on TV. Cooking is popular, so people want to become chefs in Korea . There are a lot of cooking shows on TV about making dish and eating food. It is helpful to people because some people have a job. I think he impacts people.  He said “ I have a lot of recipes “but he didn’t make a restaurant by his recipe. He wants to give chance to other people. I respect him for considering society.
